We currently offering concrete driveway installations for $8.00 a sqf and $12 a sqf for pavers (areas must be over 500 sqf to get these prices)price include patios,side walks,any concrete slab

Prices for block retaining walls 4’high start at $120 a lenear feet and privacy walls 6’high start at $100 a lenear feet (walls must be over 100 lenear feet to get these prices)

We are currently offering sod installations for $2.50 a sqf.(marathon sod)

has to be over 1000 sq. For this price

Irrigation prices start at $700 per zone,parts and labor included (one zone can cover up to 500 sqf depending on the PSI In your area.we only use commercial materials.

MOST OF OUR PRICES ARE BASED ON SQF AND LINEAR FEET SO THERES NO OVER OR UNDER CHARCHING

 

The Price for sod includes:
– Killing old lawn and weeds
– Removal of old lawn
– Addition of soil ammendments
– Rototilling
– Grading
– Starter fertilizer
– Installing sod (all sod included)
